What is the standard 30-day refund policy?
We want every customer to feel confident and happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
What is the service-based refund policy?
Our goal is to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your case carefully to determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on the portion of work completed. Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and approved. In cases, we may offer service revisions or credits toward future work as an alternative to a refund.
What is the digital product refund policy?
Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed. However, we understand that technical issues can happen. If you experience a problem that prevents you from using the product as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement file.
Please note that refunds will not be granted for reasons such as changing your mind or purchasing the wrong product.
What if my products arrive broken?
We will replace any product that arrived broken only if the customer sends a photo of the case as soon as he receives it, and the photo shows the products still in the box to see which ones are broken. We will replace the broken bottles with new ones. The refund will be as product to replace the broken ones and not as a monetary refund.
How can I start a refund process easily?
To start a refund process easily, please follow these steps:
- As soon as you receive the package/box, take a photo of the unopened box.
- Take a photo from the inside of the box.
- Take a Photo of the products that arrived broken.
- Send the photos and additional information to admin@avantiproagency.com
- We will send info when we ship the product replacement in less than 48 hours. Unless there are any inconveniences, we will keep you up to date on developments.
